Bookings made on WM Travel is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary w.r.t flight and booking class.
WM Travel levies a negligible amount for domestic and international air tickets as cancellation service charges.
WMTC insurance fee is non-refundable.
Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially, depending on the specific airline’s policy.
Cancellations can be done online or offline via Mybooking section or by sending an email to WM Travel.
We can assist you in making various modifications for bookings. In few cases, you will have to contact the airline directly.
Amendment charges on www.wmtravels.in are subject to change as per the policy of the airline that varies due to flight timings and booking class.
In case you want to cancel the tickets 24 hours before the journey, WM Travel recommends the customer to contact directly to the Airlines and later for refunds, send the cancellation request to us.
The customers shall request any valid refunds against no-show or unutilized bookings, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check-in for the hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for requests made after the expiry of 90 days of departure date/ check-in as above-mentioned and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be accordingly be considered to have been forfeited.
The cancellation refund shall be processed at the earliest once the request is received. In case cancellation has been made directly through airlines, refunds shall be processed after deduction of airline charges and our service charge. All refund processing is subject to the processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note convenience fee paid at the time of booking is not refundable.
Cancellation before the date of departure-
Before 60 Days or more: 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
Before 30 Days or more: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Before 15 Days: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
WM Travel will process the refund only if the cancellation request/claim from the customer is made through mybooking section on the website or email.
Refund against the cancellation will be credited directly in customers’ mode of payment, once the refund amount from the airline is received.
WM Travel will initiate the refund within 72 hours after receiving it from the respective Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.
Owing to Banking Procedures, credit cards’ refunds may take 72 hours, while in case of net banking transactions it may take 7 days.

Amount in wallet once used for any transaction and the remaining amount in the wallet will not be transferred to any bank account. However, you can use the wallet amount for a future booking with us.
WM Travel shall not be responsible to pay refunds of any kind in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.
In some cases, based on the assurance given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, WM Travel may sometimes refund the amount to the customer. However, WM Travel reserves the right to recover the refunded amount in event of Airlines/hotels getting shut, non-operational or bankrupt.
