Job description
- Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers.
- Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses.
- Deliver Best in class services to clients.
- Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations.
- Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices.
- Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management.
- Signing of MOUs / GFOs / SLA’s for all projects.
- People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team.
- People Managers to establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results.
- People Manager to responsibly lead and handle change management.
- Understand the industry best practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement.
- Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior key account management.
- Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid down processes under the sales function of MICE Business.
- Submission & collection of important documents (such as GST certificates) to clients / file closing team for better control.
